Our life partnership inspires us with continually new and creative ideas
for a variety of sculptural wood carvings.
We have been working together in collaboration for over 25 years.
Nature and flowers provide inspiration for our carvings and also for
Denise’s large flower oil paintings.
We enjoy making wood appear soft and pliable. Our work has been
described as having a trompe l’ oeil quality to it.
We transform basic subjects into uniquely creative and fanciful
Recently, we have been creating smaller nature vignettes with flowers,
leaves, seed pods and or mushrooms in woodland settings.
The variety of themes for our wood carvings keeps our work ever changing
